EOS is the first wine we have produced. A rosé wine, which is strong, but not overbearing. It is ideal as an aperitif, but also goes well with light dishes like fish or white meat.

This rosé contains grapes of Sangiovese, Barbera, Marzemino and a little Merlot.

The grapes are harvested when ripe. The maceration on the skins takes place at low temperatures for relatively short periods. Slow fermentation.

Intensive rosé color, non-aggressive nose, intense and long-lasting flavor, medium acidity and rich structure. Eos is a pure and easy to drink wine.
