The shipment is made from Italy.
FOOD SHIPMENTS
Food shipments are shipped from our warehouse in the province of Brescia in Italy, with international express courier FEDEX.
We can ship like this because we have an FDA license and the package travels with PRIOR NOTICE.
Delivery times, except for delays and customs controls, are 3-4 working days.
SHIPMENTS OF WINES AND SPIRITS
Shipments of wine and spirits are more complex, thanks to our partners we have studied the best way, in full compliance with all import regulations, to be able to deliver our wide selection of wines in the United States to private individuals.
Delivery takes place in about 20 working days from shipment.
When we ship you will receive a shipping notice, without tracking.
After 2-3 days you will receive FEDEX/UPS tracking from our import licensed logistics partner.
The parcel travels in groupage, with the other parcels, up to the NY customs.
Once the package is cleared through customs in NY with all the correct import licenses, the package is shipped from the bonded warehouse, and FEDEX/UPS tracking is activated so that you receive it comfortably at your home.
MIXED ORDERS FOOD AND WINE
All orders of mixed food and wine trolleys travel separately following the rules described above.
They will then be delivered in two separate moments.

The cost of shipping from Italy to the USA does not include the free shipping rate.
