Ingredients for 4 people:
- 400 g Busiate Trapanesi - Pastificio Campo
- 100g fresh broad beans
- 150 g peeled tomatoes - Az. Agr. Paolo Petrilli
- salt from Trapani
- Extra Virgin olive Oil - Valli Trapanesi
- 300 g fresh Tuna
Cut the fresh Tuna into pieces and place in a pan with a little olive oil, the chopped tomatoes and the peeled broad beans.
Cook the busiate for about 7-8 minutes until al dente and drain them. Pour them into the pan with the sauce.
