The farm Adamo was established in 1913 and has been passed on from generation to generation. From the beginning the family has dedicated its time only for the olive and wine growing. Here the cultivation method is exclusively organic. The company has a cultivated area of 750,000 square meters.
- Preole: An organic wine from Merlot and Nero D'Avola with ruby red and violet color, intense and deep spicy notes and a full-bodied, harmonious taste, despite the young age.
- Grillo: Brilliant straw yellow with aromatic notes of grass, flowers and citrus. The taste is full-bodied and equipped with a balanced acidity, softness and flavor structure.
- Sauvignon Blanc 100%: yellow with greenish reflections. Nose and flavor notes reminiscent of vegetables, citrus and exotic fruits.
