Ingredients for 4 people:
- 8 slices of pork loin
- Tomatocapuliato "Casa Morana"
- 4 fresh pork salamini "Al Berlinghetto"
- 2 peppers
- 1 glass of white wine
- Extra Virgin olive Oil from Tuscany
Spread one tablespoon op tomato capuliato on each piece of pork loin and roll up into roulades.
Cut the Salamini into three pieces and cut the peppers into strips and fry in a pan with some olive oil for 10 minutes. Deglaze with white wine and simmer for another 10 minutes.
