Ingredients for 4 people:
- 400 g spaghetti "Pastificio de Carolis"
- 150 g chopped tomatoes "Masseria Dauna"
- 1 kg of mussels
- 2 cloves of garlic
- Extra virgin olive oil Caroli
- Chili
Sort the mussels well and cook them in a pan until they open. Remove closed mussels. Remove the mussel meat from the shells.
Fry the two whole cloves of garlic in a little olive oil and add the tomatoes. Finally, add the mussels.
Cook the spaghetti for 7 minutes until al dente, drain and add to the pan with the sauce.
