Don Carmelo Rosso
"Don Carmelo" is the first wine produced by Albano, from Negroamaro and Primitivo grapes, and dedicated to his father "Carmelo".
These grapes are selected and picked once they reach their right ripening point, then they are turned into must and fermented at controlled temperature so as not to compromise the right balace between taste, colour and fragrance of the new wine. The wine is bright, red-coloured, with a characteristic fragrance, taste and body of the land (Salento) where it has been produced. Excellent with first courses, roast meat, and game. Best served at room temperature (16-18°C).
