It is produced from a mixture of fine white Fertuna wine, flavored with natural extracts of herbs and spices also originating in the Maremma area. According to the old recipe, the infusion of all ingredients must be brewed for more than 45 days in high-quality alcohol. The slow maturation of more than 2 months in steel tanks allows the natural sedimentation of impurities.

Tasting notes: Sinuous elegance on the palate and a great olfactory impact. A skilful blend of spices and herbs provides warm and enveloping notes, mingling with fresh citrus and floral notes.

Pairing: It can be tasted fresh and alone, it is a good digestif. Perfect also accompanied by soft cheese or served later on the plate with crackers. Mixed in cocktails it offers excellent combinations.
