WINEMAKING TECHNIQUE
controlled fermentation in steel tanks between 25 and 30 °C.
Frequent wine crushing and pumpovers in the initial phases.
Maturation in oak casks. Assembled in steel tanks and then bottled.

ORGANOLEPTIC PROFILE
ruby red with violet streaks, fruity, hints of plum and cherry.
Pleasantly spicy, good body, dry, harmonic. Ages well.

FOOD PAIRING
goes with all the local dishes of Franciacorta.
Ideal with roasts, stewed meat, and with semi-seasoned and not too spicy cheeses.

SERVE AT 15 – 16 °C.
