From 100% Chardonnay grapes from the most suitable areas of Garda and Franciacorta, 35% of the must is fermented in small casks of white oak with a capacity of 228 litres.

Grape variety: Chardonnay 100%

Colour: White effervescence and persistent perlage with little bubbles, demonstrating excellent ageing on the yeast. Straw yellow with greenish highlights.

Aroma: Intense, well-rounded and delicate fresh fruit, fragrance of rennet, green sage and honey.

Taste: Harmonious and excellent complexity, fresh, tasty and persistent in its typical elegance.
