From the search for innovation to the desire to create new tasting horizons, Sabatini Gin Venezuela was born. A limited edition London Dry Gin that takes the mind on a long journey of exploration, between Tuscany and Venezuelan nature reserves.

Sabatini Gin's perfect union of flavors, aromas, suggestions and history celebrates one of the oldest and most elegant ingredients in the world: Venezuelan cocoa. It will be the shells containing the beans, waste material, of this prized cacao that will give a delicate, fresh and persistent aroma to our London Dry Gin.

This is a unique product in that it is made so intense by the infusion of the cocoa shells in the still together with Sabatini Gin at such a percentage of alcohol (79.9% ABV) that the mixture can be redistilled and obtain an intense and smooth flavor in which the cocoa combines perfectly with the 9 Tuscan botanicals present in Sabatini Gin.

The research and choice of this ingredient is the result of the experience built up by Enrico Sabatini over years of work in confectionery companies such as Ferrero and Hershey's.
The desire was to obtain a transparent gin by combining the composition of Sabatini Gin's 9 Botanicals with cocoa shells, a material that is otherwise discarded and not used in the production of chocolate.

Nose: there are soft hints of cocoa combined with the fresh floral scent of the botanicals, which go together further recalling the memory of dark chocolate.
Palate: reveals itself to be balanced but sweet.
