This grappa is made exclusively from the pomace of Chardonnay grapes from Trentino, which are used for the production of the famous Ferrari sparkling wine.

Thanks to the super-gentle pressure, the residue still contains a lot of must, so they can proceed the fermentation and distillation quickly. This creates an aromatic and delicate Grappa, which is so typical of Chardonnay from Trentino.

Serve chilled at 10-12 ° C.
