Liguori was the first pasta manufacturer to obtain the I.G.P. Its production in the Gragnano area is unique in its kind for its climatic conditions, and for the processing method inspired by the ancient tradition, guaranteeing a superior quality product with an inimitable taste.

They were born in Genoa and are the Ligurian pasta par excellence. The name derives from its flattened shape that recalls a language, in fact unlike spaghetti which are round in section, linguine are in rectangular section. Their particular shape goes very well with pesto as the Ligurian tradition dictates, in Campania instead they are particularly appreciated "at the rock".
