This ladyfingers manufactured by Pasticceria Matilde Vicenzi according to the old original family recipe. They are a perfect example of a typical Italian product.
Vicenzovo is an ideal breakfast or the perfect ingredient for a real Italian tiramisu.
Tiramisù for 6-8 persons:
- 400 g Savoiradi (ladyfingers)
- 400 g mascarpone
- 4 eggs
- 100g sugar
- 2 cups of coffee
- 30 g cocoa
Separate the yolk of the egg whites and beat the egg whites until foamy. Mix the egg yolks with the sugar until creamy. Add the mascarpone and mix well. Add the fluffy egg whites.
Plunge the Savoiradi in coffee and put a layer into a mold. Then cover with the mascarpone. Repeat the process until the ingredients are used up. On the uppermost mascarpone layer sprinkle the cocoa. Serve chilled.
