Camillo Valentini received for the quality of his wines a first official recognition as early as 1868.

This Montepulciano cerasuolo shows an important color, evolved and rich. In the nose it is possible to recognize the "Valentinian" imprint, a palpable substance already at the first breath, a rough and deep complexity, to be slowly measured in the olfactory approach, allowing the wine to breathe, allowing the right opening to the fruit and letting the characteristic notes of reduction to be released.

In the mouth it does not give any hesitation, it enters robust and gritty invading the palate without half measures: a solid structure made of fleshy fruits, sapid and mineral depth, counters of right acidity and alcoholic warmth, spicy variety and freshness. Leaves the mouth enveloped in intense and articulate flavors.
