The Valpolicella Classico Superiore by the winery Giuseppe Quintarelli was born in Negrar, in the heart of the Valpolicella Classica, where the vineyards are grown on hills of volcanic and calcareous soil.

If the end of April the Amarone is poured off, the residue is added to the Valpolicella. Thus, a second spontaneous fermentation begins, after which the Valpolicella filled in barrels.

The product is filled into medium-sized oak barrels and aged for six whole years.
