Sweet taste, but not cloying. Aristocratic, soft, velvety and elegant. A warm and delicate, very feminine wine whose sophistication has to be discovered slowly.

Recommendation:
Meditation wine - fits only a few dishes. To dry pastries, foie gras. Picolit is just Picolit.
