Groppello is the Valtenesi’s prince. This wine can be considered the synthesis of our territory. The Groppello has found its cultivation’s cradle on the morainal hills situated in the Brescia’s bank of Lake Garda, adapting to the changeable climatic conditions.
History and man have performed the work choosing the most suitable terrains and plants to produce quality’s wines.
The Groppello is known to be a not too much loaded color’s wine, because it misses in the anthocyanical composition of some pigments.
Besides, in the last years, we also have succeeded, thanks to the research of selected stumps, longer wine productions and macerations, to obtain color intensity with consequent improvement of the conservation.Characterized by fragrance of red fruits and species with an equilibrated taste, it can be tasted in the young stage or after a light aging, but the lovers of evolved wines can keep it for some years.
To serve at a temperature of 16/18° C.
