The excellent grapes produce a complex and delicate wine with a nose of maraschino cherries, blackberries and plums with hints of cloves, ginger, juniper and licorice.

The structure of the wine shows a noble elegance of Mediterranean opulence with good acidity and velvety tannins which combine a good momentum with a great fascination.

This organic wine comes from the area of Alcamo, Sicily. The Perricone grape is very rarely grown all over Italy. It produces a wine with character and a clear, distinct personality.

This wine goes well with cannelloni, pecorino, rigatoni with pajata, boiled ox, deer stew, shank, pheasant with truffles or ox fillet with spicy sauce. It goes well with aged cheese with a compact dough.

We show you an elegant and aristocratic architecture, that denotes a vital and crispy fruit, well supported by an acidity which is never too strong and very well balanced, velvety and enveloping tannins. The Perricone is a biologic wine from the area of Alcamo in the west of Sicily, it is made up of a very rare grapes with are on danger to extinction, this wine has a determined and strong personality, it is clear and terse. It matches very well with cannelloni, pecorino, extra cooked geld, the deer stew, the pheasant with truffles and with bovine filet with species sauces. Among the cheeses it is preferred to be accompanied with the more aged ones with compact paste.
