Vinification
The pressing is followed by a brief maceration at low
temperature (12-15°C) for 3-4 days to extract colour
and enhance the typical fruity notes of lambrusco.
After “devatting”, fermentation is completed at
controlled temperature.

deep ruby red with violet reflections.

Perfume:
intense with hints of woodland berries.

Taste:
lightly sparkling, full and harmonious.
