If I close my eyes and open the box of my memories, my thoughts go to my childhood and I see the face of my grandmother and her farm, where I spent the long summer months. I see the stone-built farm house, the large room with the stove, where you could not only warm yourself up, but were my granny also dried the flowers, herbs and fruits which she finally prepared wonderful jams and sauces... magical moments!

In the morning we always harvested zucchini, carrots, eggplants, onions, tomatoes, bay leaves, rosemary, sage, pumpkin, etc. in the vegetable garden. All ingredients to make delicious sauces and jams. After preparing the jams and sauces she wrote everything in a notebook, because she wanted me to learn preparing these great recipes - how beautiful! My grandmother did not know that it was just through her love and passion how I learnt cooking. I use the secrets of my Nonna Natalina today on a daily basis and spread them to my children and valued clients and their families.
