Cannellini beans are the typical Italian beans extra fine, which are typically served with salads.
A typical Tuscan dish is cannellini beans all'ucellotto:
Fry a clove of garlic, a finely chopped onion and some sage leaves in some olive oil. Then add the tomatoes. Simmer for 10 minutes. Add the beans and stir well. Season with salt and pepper.
The cannellini beans from Arconatura are ready for consumption and are only conserved in a brine.

- 4 Salamini "Al Berlinghetto"
- 700 g cannellini beans in olive oil 'Arconatura "
- 2 cloves of garlic
- sage
- 200 g tomato sauce "Casa Morana"
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste from Pachino cherry tomatoes "Campisi"
- Salt from Trapani "Oro di Sicilia"
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil "Podere Spazzavento"
