Artichokes with stem in olive oil - Arconatura
Delicate and crispy artichokes, processed skillfully. Even the stem is preserved. They are boiled with vinegar and pickled in extra virgin olive oil.
Ideal as a starter or for risotto.
Ingredients:
Artichokes with stem, extra virgin olive oil, vinegar, salt, natural flavors.
Once opened, keep in the fridge. Half an hour before serving remove from the refrigerator.
