The conchiglioni from Monograno Felicetti is produced with selected organic flour. Matt flour used for production of Conchiglioni is an ancient typical flour from Apulia and Sicily that is characterized from strong flavors and incredible summer hay aromas. This flour makes the dough fragrant especially in cooking and giving hints of dried fruit. Felicetti pasta is produced in a beautifull enviroment, the pastficio Felicetti lies near the Dolomites. The Monograno Felicetti line is produced with selected ingredients such as flour and Biological Matt flour carefully selected for the production of special formats.
