From ancient variety of organic grain produced by the Sicilian organic farm Adamo.
Valdibella produces pasta with biological Timilia flour ( or Tumminia ), sicilian wheat not genetically modified.
Recent studies have proven that the high presence of finternal fibres make it particularly valuable from the nutritional point of view.
In addition, the weak gluten makes this variety a very digestible and well tolerated by human intestine .
For the production of pasta , water comes from a source which does not have industrial agriculture upstream, It is dried at low temperature and in a long time, in order to keep all the nutritive and organoleptic content present in the raw material .
