Ingredients per person:
- 2 slices of polenta
- 2 slices of cheese Formagella la Nostrana
- 2 eggs
- White Truffle butter “Tartufi Jimmy”
- Truffle carpaccio “Tartufi Jimmy”
In a pan, melt some Truffle butter and warm up the polenta for 5 minutes. Put 2 slices of cheese on the polenta and let them melt. Fry the eggs and salt. Serve everything on a plate and add a little Truffle carpaccio of black Truffle over it.
