Ingredients:
- 500 g of dried yellow corn meal from the hayloft “Principato di Lucedio”
- 2.5 liters of water
- salt
Boil water in a copper pot and add salt. Add the corn flour and mix well.
Simmer 45 minutes and stir frequently. After the cooking time poor the polenta on a wooden board.
