Ingredients for 4 people:
- 400 g spaghetti “Mancini”
- 1 clove of garlic
- 4 small tomatoes
- All of mullet bottarga “Stefano Rocca”
- Extra Virgin olive Oil “Frescolio” Frantoi Cutrera
- salt and pepper

Preparation:
Sauté the garlic in a little oil. Add sliced ​​tomatoes and some pieces of bottarga. Season with salt and pepper.
Cook the pasta, drain and add to the sauce. Add some grated bottarga and mix. Serve.
