Producing organic products, doesn't only mean that we don't use pesticides and toxic compounds, but it also means that we give agriculture a whole new life.

The products of BIO Colombini are made in this awareness. In summer, agriculture does not underly classic buying habits. Not long ago, the overproduction was simply thrown away. Today we process them into preserves and pickled vegetables in oil.

The company manufactures 56 different kinds of vegetables. In addition to pickled products we produce sauces, boiled legumes, soups, stews and olive oil.
