The typical cheese from Tremosine has a soft dough with small holes and an aromatic and delicate flavor. The scent is reminiscent of mountain meadows.
This cheese is made from cow's milk freshly milked from cows of Tremosine plateau in the heart of the National Park Alto Garda.
The crust is refined with selected white mold. This cheese is easily digestible and, in contrast to mountain cheese has a soft and delicate flavor and aroma.
