Ingredients for 4 people:
- 400 g Linguine “Pastificio De Carolis”
- 400 g tomato pieces “Masseria Dauna”
- 4 small burrata from Puglia
- Extra Virgin olive Oil Classico “Oleificio De Carolis”
- clove of garlic
- basil
Heat olive oil in a frying pan and deglaze the garlic in it, add the chopped tomatoes and simmer for 2 minutes. Turn off the stove and add the fresh basil.
Cook the linguine for 8/9 minutes until al dente. Drain and fry for a minute in the sauce.
Put the burrata for 30 seconds in hot water. Serve the pasta put one burrata in the middle.
