Ingredients:
- 500 g Tumminia whole wheat Penne "La Fastuchera"
- 400g San Marzano tomatoes DOP "Agrigenus"
- 1 Chili
- 1 clove of garlic "garlic from Nubia"
- Extra Virgin olive Oil Frescolio "Frantoio Cutrera"
- salt "Oro di Sicilia"
- fresh parsley
Fry a clove of garlic briefly in a pan with plenty of olive oil. Add the chopped chilli and the San Marzano tomatoes. salt to taste. Cook for about 10 minutes.
Cook the whole grain wheat Penne for 7 minutes until al dente. Drain and add to the sauce. Season with finely chopped parsley.
