This Prunilli tomatoes are produced according organic farming since 1988.

The tomatoes are harvested by hand and the products are manufactured exclusively with ingredients grown in this farm.

The Prunilli tomatoes are put for a few seconds in boiling water and then peeled by hand. Then they are filled in jars and covered with tomato purée and some basil leaves. A delicious, sun-ripened product without colorings or preservatives.
