Ingredients for 4 people:
- 420 g vacuum packed testaroli “Arconatura”
- 90 g pesto Genovese “Arconatura”
- 50 g extra fine green beans in olive oil “Arconatura”
- Extra Virgin olive Oil U Giarùn “Agriturismo Al Pagan”
- Parmigiano Reggiano
Cut the testaroli in 2 x 3 cm sized pieces. Cook for about 1 minute in salted water.
Drain and place in a baking dish. Add olive oil, pesto and green beans and stir well. Sprinkle with Parmesan.
Bake in preheated oven at 180°C for 5 minutes until golden. Serve.
