Ingredients for 4 people:
- 400 g Paccheri "Gragnano in Corsa"
- 2 sausages "Azienda Agricola Marchesini"
- 15 fresh cherry tomatoes
- Salty and mature sheep ricotta
Throw the cherry tomatoes briefly into boiling water. Now skin the tomatoes. Fry the crumbled fresh sausage in a pan for 10 minutes. Add the halved tomatoes and season with salt and pepper. Simmer for another 5 minutes.
Cook the Paccheri for 8 minutes until al dente. Drain and add to the pan. Serve with grated salty ricotta.
