Ingredients:
- 500 g macaroni "Pastificio Mancini"
- 1 yellow bell pepper
- 50 gr black pork 'Nduja
- organic Extra Virgin olive Oil "Adamo"
- Grated Sicilian caciocavallo "Poma"
- salt
Cut the pepper in small pieces and fry in a pan with olive oil for about 10 minutes. The peppers should remain crisp. Add salt and the diced black pork 'Nduja.
Cook the macaroni for 9 minutes until al dente. Drain and add to the pan with the sauce. If necessary, add a little of the boiling water and mix well.
Serve with some grated caciocavallo.
