Ingredients for 4 people:
- 300 g Tumminia-wheat Tagliatelle "La Fastuchera"
- 300 g of paddlefish fillets
- 10 cherry tomatoes "Solo Sole"
- 2 cloves of garlic from Nubia
- Parsley
- Extra Virgin olive Oil "Valli Trapanesi" DOP
Cut the paddlefish fillets into small pieces and fry in a pan with plenty of olive oil and 2 cloves of garlic. Add the tomatoes and the chopped parsley, season with salt and simmer for 15 minutes on medium heat.
Cook the tagliatelle for about 4 minutes until al dente. Drain and mix with the sauce in the pan.
