In the green hills of the Alcamo our extra virgin olive oil is produced.
Since 1913 this ancient art of olive oil pressing is passed from father to son. The cultivation of vines and olives is done strictly according to organic farming methods.
Vincenzo Adamo and Cristina are young, motivated and serious farmers and oil producers. They have taken over the 75 acres of land from the family. They are situated all over in the DOP growing region in the hills from around Trapani.
The approximately 10 acres of olive groves are located in the community Calatafimi Segesta. Here the varieties Cerasuola and Nocellara del Belice are grown.
