Ingredients:
- 10 slices of beef for rolls
- 4 tablespoons breadcrumbs
- 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
- 20 Sicilian almonds
- 1 clove of Nubia
- Extra Virgin olive Oil
- 150 g Primosale
- 1 glass of white wine
- Parsley
Finely chop the parsley with the garlic and the almonds. Add the bread crumbs and the Parmesan.
Brush the meat with olive oil and roll them in the bread-crumb mixture. Place one piece of primosale in the middle of the meat-slice and roll it. Close with a toothpick.
Roast the rolls in a pan with olive oil on all sides. Add the white wine and simmer over low heat for 30 minutes.
