Ingredients:
- 1 kg of fresh squid
- Garlic
- Chili
- 1 glass of white wine
- Extra Virgin olive Oil
- tomato puree
- 5-10 halved cherry tomatoes
Preparation:
- Wash the squid and cook in a pan with some water and 2 whole garlic cloves until it is tender (about half an hour).
- Let cool and cut into pieces and then chop in a blender.
- Give a little olive oil in a pan, add the garlic and some chili. Add the squid.
- Stir well and add the white wine.
- Halve the cherry tomatoes and add along with the tomato sauce in the pan. Simmer on low heat for about 20 minutes.
- Cook the pasta al dente and add to the pan with the sauce. Stir well and serve.
