Bruschetta with tuna bottarga and Primosale

- fresh tomatoes

- Tuna bottarga "Stefano Rocca"

Cut the white bread into slices and slightly roast in the oven. Brush with olive oil. Top with the tomato, the Primosale and Tuna bottarga.

Excellent as an appetizer or as an accompaniment to an aperitif.
