Ingredients for 4 people:
- 400 g macaroni "Pastificio Mancini"
- 200 g shrimp
- 2 zucchini
- 150 g fresh ricotta
- 2 tablespoons liquid cream
- Extra Virgin olive Oil from Castelluzzo
- salt from Trapani
- Salted ricotta
- Pepper
Place the clean fresh shrimp in a pan with a little olive oil, add the fresh ricotta and cream. Season lightly with salt and pepper and simmer for 5 minutes.
Cut the zucchini into slices and fry with a little olive oil. Add the shrimp.
Cook the pasta for 9 minutes until al dente, drain and add to the pan.
Serving and sprinkle with grated salty ricotta.
