Ingredients:
- 1 white bread
- Primo Sale
- Tomatoes
- Sicilian extra virgin olive oil from Castelluzzo
- Sicilian wild oregano "Conserve Solo Sole"
- red garlic from Nubbia
- anchovy fillets "Campisi"
- salt from Trapani
Cut the white bread into halves and rub a garlic clove over the bread. Sprinkle with a little olive oil and salt.
Thinly slice the tomatoes and the cheese and top the bread with them. Add the anchovies and sprinkle with oregano.
