Ingredients:
- 800-1000 g Florentine beefsteak "Macelleria Balestri"
- 1 smoked buffalo Provola "Casearia Sant'Antimo"
- 3 big potatoes
- Extra Virgin olive "Frantoio Franci"
- salt from Trapani
Peel the potatoes, cut them into pieces and steam them slowly.
Preheat the grill pan about 10 minutes. Place the steak in the grill pan and cook for 6-7 minutes. Turn and season the grilled side with salt. Roast the second side for about 6 minutes and season with salt.
At the same time cut the Provola into 2 cm thick slices and grill.
Cut the steak into 2 cm thick pieces. Serve with a little olive oil, grilled Provola and potatoes.
