OUR OIL

Very valuable native varieties such as Cellina di Nardo (also used in confectionery) Ogliarola Salento, the Leccina and Coratina are carefully selected to create harmonies blending oils or mono with excellent organoleptic properties.

Aloise - It enhances the flavour of dishes such as shrimps with arugula and parmesan, baked or grilled fish, poultry with fresh or steamed vegetables.

Aran - Perfect on grilled fish or to marinate poultry and duck.

Basil - Delicious with tomatoes and freshly cut mozzarella or drizzled over boiled fish, seafood and grilled courgettes and aubergines.

Garly - Ideal with toasted bread served as an appetiser or used as a base for pasta and sautéed dishes.

Mint -Ideal for artichokes, grilled aubergines and summer fresh celery salad and potatoes.

Monet - Wonderful as a base for salad dressings. It can be drizzled over boiled vegetables and served with fish and grilled meat.

Pepé - Ideal for enhancing the taste of a wide variety of dishes. It adds a spicy twist of flavour to pasta, pizza and meat.

Zurlo - Delicious on bread, toast, soups and grilled meat.
