The buffalo mozzarella is subjected to a natural smoking process.
Ingredients: buffalo milk, rennet and salt.
You can enjoy the smoked Provola raw to vegetables or to bread. If you want to cook the Provola, remove the liquid and leave the cheese a few hours in the refrigerator until the cheese separates from the remaining liquid. So the cheese gets the right consistency.
