Ingredients:
- pizza dough (see recipe from 26.10.2012)
- organic tomato passata "BioColombini"
- cooked turnip
- 1 fresh salamino "Al Berlinghetto"
- organic extra virgin olive oil "Bio Colombini"
- salt
Roll out the dough on a floured work surface. Mix the tomato passata with olive oil and salt and spread it on the dough. Add the cooked turnip and the sausage cut into small pieces.
Bake in the oven at 240 ° C for 10 minutes.
