Ingredients:
- pizza dough (see recipe from 26.10.2012)
- Buffalo mozzarella from Campania
- Boneless ham "Al Berlinghetto"
- organic Extra Virgin olive Oil "BioColombini"
- organic tomato puree "BioColombini"
- salt from Trapani "Oro di Sicilia"
- basil
Roll out the dough on a floured work surface. Mix the tomato purree with olive oil and salt and spread it on the dough. Top with the diced buffalo mozzarella.
Bake in the oven at 240 ° C for 10 minutes.
Remove from the oven and top with the sliced ham.
