Tuscan Maccheroni with small rolls
30/03/2013 - Ingredients for 6 people: - 500 g Tuscan Maccheroni "Pastificio Martelli" - 720 g Tomato puree "Masseria Dauna" - 100 g Caciocavallo Siciliano "Caseificio Poma" - 10 small beef chops - Organic olive oil "Podere Spazzavento" - 1/2 onion - Salt from Trapani "Oro di Sicilia"

Ingredients for 6 people:

- 500 g Tuscan Maccheroni "Pastificio Martelli"
- 720 g tomato puree "Masseria Dauna"
- 100 g caciocavallo Siciliano "Caseificio Poma"
- 10 small beef chops
- organic olive oil "Podere Spazzavento"
- 1/2 onion
- salt from Trapani "Oro di Sicilia"

Finely chop the onion and fry it in a little olive oil. Place in each slice of meat and a piece of cheese so as to prepare small rolls. Add these to the pan and sear well on all sides. Add the tomato puree and simmer for 2 hours on a low heat.

Cook the pasta for about 7 minutes until al dente, drain and add to the sauce, from which you removed the rolls.
Sprinkle with plenty of grated caciocavallo Siciliano and bake in preheated oven at 180 ° C in a baking pan for 15-20 minutes. Serve with rolls.
