Ingredients for 4 people:
- 400 g spaghetti "Pastificio Martelli"
- 50 g tomato Capuliato "Casa Morana"
- 50 g 'Nduja Suino Nero (black pork) "Consorzio Nero di Calabria"
- 10 tomato "Masseria Dauna"
- Pecorino Siciliano DOP
- salt
- Extra Virgin olive Oil Gran Cru "Frantoio Franci"
Cut the 'Nduja into pieces and the tomatoes into halves und put them with the tomato Capuliato into a pot and simmer for 5 minutes.
Cook the spaghetti for about 8 minutes until al dente, drain and add to the pot with the sauce. Add a ladle of the cooking water.
Serve with plenty of Pecorino Siciliano.
